Frugal Holiday Vacation

Amazing Holiday in Javea - We Fell In Love With It

Me and my wife had already been on a countless vacations to Spain, and we love the country, but we almost always get to Andalusia. We made a decision to try out something totally new this year hence we choose booking a holiday rentals in Javea, just like how we love having an adventure, we also love change. We’re both so happy simply because it turned out that the area is really a worthwhile place to stay.

Javea is in Costa Blanca province of Alicante in the land of Valencia. Like several other spots in seaside spots, it gets a lot of traveler; however they were more varying in nationality when compared to the tourists where we usually stay. We understood that almost all of the authentic Spanish people have also been residing in Javea and we both finally feel a bit more Spanish in this spot. So Spanish community is very welcoming and wishes to ensure that the visitor feels cozy among us. The natives have really kept in touch with their past a bit more than other parts of the country. That is why you’ll undoubtedly feel at home as it provides that distinct experience of comfort and experience to the travellers and holidaymakers.

It isn’t quite as hot as the southern tip of Spain being further up from the equator but the weather is still sizzling hot.

Having an architectural mastery of Mediterranean style and design and narrow cobbled streets encircled on both sides by old white washed buildings, town itself is just what exactly you’d expect. The place is actually within a large enclave on the Costa Blanca and it’s ideally situated, near a stunning white sand beach and scenic landscape pavement.

You can also rent a bicycle and feel free to explore the town particularly the Montgó Natural Park which is worth seeing and worth visiting. We do not have youngsters to think about..yet, so we took a trip up the Montgó Mountain on our second day, this time by walking. Hiking up to the mountain was an elite practical experience and worth the walk and work in particular once you reached the top and love the breathtaking views of landscape and seascape it delivers. You can see both Denia and Javea from the summit. It’s also better to have plenty of water and some lunch though as there’s no eating places or food shops nearby and it takes a while to peak.

Before going for any trip towards the summit or maybe just after, it would also be good for you personally to go and see the old town or the ancient a part of Javea if you are still in town. We’re rather sure you do not choose to miss it. It still has an old wall which was built to help keep out pirates, and there’s a magnificent 14th century church to take a look around. There are also some great views of the entire enclave from the cliffs located either side of the town if you would like to venture up them. Outing with food and sharing delicious meals in a outdoor is right and great in this place.

Across the town and on the shore we’re able to Scuba dive, lounge around in bars and on the sand, eat at Sofia’s Restaurant (a splendid little place on the Bay of Javea road) and visit many of the shops in the town, but most of our week was spent in the surrounding countryside walking or cycling. These are the actual reason why we are here.

What makes us busy for the rest of our stay is looking for a villa for sale in Javea. The place is really great and our visit is truly worth it which makes us decide move permanently and to move out here within the year or so. We both really appreciated our stay. We still need to make an informed decision which is the best new home for us and there are a number of ideal villas for sale to choose from.

The market value of some villas for sale in this town is really high and could reach up to several millions of Euros because town itself is quite rich and also simply because of its ideal place. Our budget is around 300,000 Euros which could include the money from selling our present home. We’re not well-off but what we can buy with that amount is exponential. A stunning and a lavish villa with a great mix of both contemporary and classic Spanish architecture is what we are enthusiastic about a deluxe. It has its very own pool area and a big garden. A villa near the canal however, not quite large yet similarly priced is what we are also enthusiastic about. A lovely villa with 2 bedrooms offering breathtaking panoramic views of the enclave from spacious balcony located in the Castellans area of Javea is however what we found which is astonishingly only half the price of the other two. Even though it is deficient in swimming pool, the balcony more than makes up for it, and for 50 % of the price we are able to even save and rent our existing real estate for additional revenue.

We are so excited to transfer and live long in Javea. That’s how we really love Javea and we’re fallen deeply in love with it, the fantastic residences, the people, the countryside and especially the beaches. All we need to do now is make a final choice what is the best home we want (and can afford) and we will be starting our new lives in one of the best places on Earth.
